I am hoping that this blog will evolve into a place of inspiration and information, with recipes, baking tips, books, interviews (get to know some 'not yet famous' bakers/decorators), helpful sites, shops and supplies and so on.......
It all began on 1 January 2011 - very late that night - it was a last minute thing to begin in the New Year. I never have New Year Resolutions so this was sort of a first for me. I honestly had very little idea of what I was doing but was determined to just do it and that is what I did. I'm still not sure of what to do but must say that at least I know to push 'Publish' now - which is rather helpful! I must thank Nessa, although it is something I have wanted to do for ages after seeing her blog it inspired me to just do it. So credit for the beginning of this goes to Nessa.
Just over week into this and still learning lots, I have so much I want to add and will continue to add, edit and publish - of course I have lots to bake, photograph and write...oh and eat! (Best try some low fat healthy stuff)
NOTE TO SELF - Of course this is useful to me however I best get some readers too - will work on that soon!
It's the middle of January already, I am still having some trouble with the technical stuff so everything I want to do on here takes me longer, rather frustrating (can't tell you how much i have written then lost somewhere in cyberspace) - I suppose I didn't really read everything on blogging so I only have myself to blame, trial and error, eventually I will get there, I hope!
